Well, my wife has just headed off to the running club, I've just got back from a bike ride (with a noteworthy incident or two), and I think I'll make a casserole with some of the chicken left over from Monday. Rice, or baked potatoes? Or should I do a nasi goreng-type stir fry? Hmmmm.......

deep fry it in dripping, get unhealthy and undo those calories you burnt today....
and I'm guessing the XYL is running to the club....
We had our break this AM outside the local gym..
four folk in it doing their thing..
two had a break for a fag(UK meaning)
and all sloped off into their cars..
2 of them stay 400m from the building....Why?
Nasi goreng is Indonesian. It just means fried rice. They make it dry, with a some soy sauce, and some spices, lots of fresh veggies, and sometimes with egg (like in a kedgeree). Tasty if eaten immediately, but as I am not sure what time my wife will be home, maybe the casserole is the better option.

I had a chowder for supper, nice smoked cod and prawns...saw your comments about fat but you don't have fish either though do you?

I have to go into town tomorrow with hubby so am pondering whether to go for a ride first thing and do town nearer lunchtime, or vice versa. Think I'll wait and see what the weather does.
