Rabbits! Like hobbits but fluffier...don't let that fluffy cuteness kid you, they're a bloody nuisance... and more likely to be a transferable skill to the real world!!

My dog used to be an excellent rabbiter, he would go mental at picking up the scent and flushing it out, unfortunately now he's so slow, blind and deaf that his nose is supplying all the information he needs but nothing else works well enough to do anything about it.

It has come to my attention that I haven't actually done anything today so far, apart from read a few blogs and generally waste time with fatigue and achiness so in order to do at least one thing I'm off with the dog now.

Afternoon, maybe I'll start a thread 'Your walk with the dog today..'? Anyway, saw this at the orchards:

I mentioned to the beekeeper who keeps the hives up there (there's five active ones at present) when I saw him a few weeks ago putting them in that I saw one last year as well, apparently he'd like to catch them before they go off to find another nest site, ie would like to save them from buggering off. Unfortunately I don't have his number to let him know... Doing some searching now...
