Just wondering what to have for dinner...

The Bawbs are having pork casserole..I know on such a hot day

I'm tempted by KFC.

Can you not have a strips meal, or is it the coating that does for you?

It's what it's fried in sweetie.....oils are basically off limit (olive oil is ok in small quantities) and has to be low fat...so chicken is ok but fried plus the oil is a no no

Each contains 5.4g of fat....thats about what I can consume in a whole meal
My snacks are 2.0g or less and meals tend to be around 5g. Anything more and it's a hospital trip

I had a salad with some turkey chunks at lunchtime so I'm going for some pasta tonight....no protein, just veg.
Boring but the gallbladder is currently trying to eat me from the inside, so I won't risk it...
