We had a wee chap like that on our steps at lunch time. I'm not a big fan of dogs but he was such a cute little beggar and he was just falling in line after the cats at the Blue Canteen so I gave him a bowl of cat food. The cats didn't seem to mind and the dog was happy with the offering!! That may be another hungry mouth for the duration.

Afternoon all. Finally made it to the Tea thread. I'm trusting all in Tealandia are well and happy today.

I have been waiting in for a phonecall instead of riding my bike. I can't hear my phone when riding and if I do hear it, by the time I've faffed it out of my pocket, the caller has long gone.
It seems that our mutual exchange has been 'forgotten' about. I now have a Gas safety check booked for 7.30am on Wednesday and an Electric safety check for 10am on Wednesday. Norwich City Council are now not replying to Saffron Housing's emails or phone calls so the HA had to contact the chap that we are swapping with to find out the phone number of his housing officer. She has now been emailed (twice) and called but with no reply so far.

This mutual exchange malarkey is an absolute farce. I've done and mutual exchange in the past and it took 3 weeks from start to finish but the HAs and Councils have brought in new 'efficient' measures. Not very efficient if you ask me. Most frustrating.

Back off to the music room now for a sulk.

I am trying to get my head around Malmsteen's Far Beyond the Sun. Hard work but I've memorised the first 2 pages (of about 30) and it's starting to sound pretty good now.
I've a load of Beatles, CCR and Gary Moore to play with too so 'Teach' keeps me busy.

Today is the 1 year anniversary of being with my guitar teacher. He is providing a decent single malt so I wouldn't want to not go. Hubster driving tonight.
