@the_mikey, you wondered if it was bad in parts up here. Local A&E had a drunk on crutches, who got into a fight. Came in with one leg in plaster, left with the other heavily bandaged. Having broken his foot trying to kick someone, missing and hitting the wall behind.
A second who got attacked when he tried to "borrow" someones cigarette. Out suppin since 17:00 yesterday. Tried "borrowing" the cig at around 02:30 this morning, still suppin.
A third who's had half his left ear bitten off. Demanding the police take him back into town. He wants to get the person and stab him with a bottle! He be from Keighley, odd lot up there.

Hopefully no further tales from the A&E for a while.

Straight to jail, bypassing the courts, minimum 6 month no remission.

PLUS no more NHS treatment ever again, make these bassas pay.. Dearly.

Not yet unfortunately, the weather has been ideal this week as well.
I'm just gradually returning to equilibrium after a particularly hard attack even knocked my motivation to turn on the computer for the last few days out so it might be a while yet. (Exercising patience is one of my most regular forms of exercise!)

Yesterday I found out from my driver that my favourite Italian restaurant, Franco's in Wigan had a stabbing incident inside.

The story was printed in Wigan Today apparently, seems the Chef stabbed the Head Chef in a row, probably over who's turnip looked most like a penis.

Latin temperament!!!

My driver today is from Teeside &, doesn't know all the routes properly, so I am having to be guide on top of my job, no hassle really.

Drivers have been brought in from various depots across GB inc Scotland to cover for Union O.T ban & strike action by a company I will not disclose.

Deepest trough for a while, mind and body, September 17th last time I went for a ride. Got to start again soon, the flapjacks are converted to less useful material and starting to settle in for a long stay around my middle.
