Had word back from my siblings, Mam has come through her Op just fine, no complications.

4 1/2 hours to remove her entire large bowel & "out of it" is how she has been described.

Never known her to be so poorly or to need such a big Op or be in the hospital so often (not since I was too young to understand anyway).

Everything should start to get a little better for her now.

Fingers crossed.

I No understand

Swordtails are tropical fish who could do with some bromide in the tank water. They breed like nothing on earth. Aquatic rabbits, so to speak. We catch them and transport them in bags (full of tank water) to Swallow aquatics and they sell them on to other people. We take no money for them as we are just so darn delighted to get shut of the bloody things.
Overstocked tanks are horrible as it stuffs up the nitrate cycle left right and centre and you spend forever doing water changes and cleaning the filter out. Now we have a dozen swordtails and about half a dozen babies in there. As well as our lovely clown loaches, Mollies and some Tetras.

We have a 4 foot fresh water tropical tank and a 2'6" fresh, cold water Axolotl tank. We also have a spare tank in the spare room in case the poo hits the fan at anytime and we need to shift anyone about. Spare tank is empty most of the time (empty of water too) but it's good to have.

How long did she get? And how long has she been cloning herself? Did they get the right one? Show Jumping Barbie always had a bit of intent to her I thought.. her mastery over that large plastic horse went to her head I think.
