BRITISH Gas need UK employees based in the UK, to deal with calls.
At least that way you can a) understand them and b) know they understand about life in the UK
The customer rep I just spoke to, was a condescending tw*t.
I only asked for his line manager SEVEN times during that conversation!
And yes, I did complain and yes, it's been logged.
I am now totally stressed out after that call!
