We don't want toEvening, supper done. Tea is at 4, supper at 6, dinner at 8, bottle of red from about 10, midnight for a feast. So tomorrow I'm looking forward to breakfast at 8, elevenses at er...11 and lunch at 1. There's a bit of a gap between lunch and tea, I'll be fitting in a banana in there somewhere I reckon.

Bananas should just be eaten. Not slapped between bread of anything else for that matter
Some of the above may be taken with a pinch of salt, as usual. Except the banana of course, never have salt on that.
I eat bananas on a daily basis.....Ewww... come on Bob, take a banana out for a change, let it see the world from the high vantage point you worked to get to and then just eat it to keep your energy up for holding on tight for the descent! It's an outdoor fruit, hence the bright yellow skin that can be seen easily when it falls out of your jersey... take better care of your flapjack though, they can be hard to find.
