Brekky, coffee and outie, just need to wrap up some emergency flapjacks and sadly take my bloody backpack and u-lock as I will be stopping off in the teeming metropolis at some point today, but Binos for the two RSPB reserves planned, and a good cake stop. But first...

Still sore unfortunately but nothing a heavy painkiller won't fix! I don't take them often so when i do they tend to be more effective, they certainly worked yesterday as I got out on the bike

I'm not going out today. I have laundry on the go and have wiped down Priscilla from yesterdays ride, lubed the chain and tightened up a mudguard.
Next on the list will be to get hubbys' bike out the shed, sort the flat and give it a once over as it's not been used in....well too long!
Maybe then the lad and I will go off on a little adventure tomorrow - may even take a picnic!

He is sulking in the shed.
I'll pop the wheel into LBS next week and see if they can sort how much it'll cost - he also needs a new chain.

Thats going to be hard. We have a lot of strange people around here. Anyway, completed over 6 miles, ended up with ear ache due to the headwind. Number 1 and number 3 grandchild are ensconced in my home, and already have had tea and cake.
