Just had a cup of tea and a brown roll. Had a bad day with gallbladder yesterday so taking it easy with what I eat today!
Nothing planned for today - clear sky but cold and windy so not going out for a ride, much as I'm desperate to

I'm okay...shoulder is not good...I'm bad as I don't take the painkillers regularly so it's my own fault!
The thing is, when I take them it helps the pain, but then I think I can do more than I actually can and end up damaging myself more.
Last time I did that I required surgery on my elbow
So I'm playing safe.

Much the same, only had a light dusting of snow(for decorative purposes) overnight. After the weekend, I do not think I will be able to get out on the bike again for a week or so, due to temps. Very impressed with the Diamondback, though. First aluminum mountain bike I've owned, IIRC.
