The first song I ever sang at karaoke was 'Born to be Wild' by Steppenwolf. I don't think I was too good but enjoyed the experience. That was 8-9 years ago and I still start with that one most times - and I rock the rafters with it. I am still getting regular compliments on that one.

Yeah, people at the karaoke are always asking how long we are married and are shocked at the reply because we appear like we are still on honeymoon - not a couple with 5 kids and the 10th grandchild due this month!!

I'm going to stop the Greek for a while. Today I did 2 lessons which gave me 20 words to read/write/speak - 7 of which were new to the speech part for me.

I already know how to use probably a few hundred words in speech so its interesting to add new spoken words whilst learning to also read/write both old and new. I am concentrating on building vocabulary at the moment but I have ordered some more materials which should help me string it all together.

I'm a bit now as some of the spelling has been difficult over the last 2-3 days.
