Just off the radio music quiz. I was beaten yesterday by a new entrant to the league table but won today. That gives me a clear lead of 2 over the person in 2nd place with just 8 shows left in the January league.

A strong position - keep your fingers and toes crossed for me every week day between 2-3pm, pretty please.

Back from work, with a cuppa. It has been foggy all day so I think that I am going to give the planned bike ride a swerve as visibility is not good out. We lost sight of the terriers a scant 10 yards ahead a few mins ago. The fog doesn't seem to have slowed the traffic down locally going by the 6 cars that have nearly driven up our backside when in the car trying to turn right over the course of the last 3 hours.

Its the cars going around on side lights which astonish me! We've seen loads of them today. The fog was bad enough, in places, to put front fogs on as well as our rear fogs.

A good decision. What is the point in riding for fitness and risking a visit to A&E?

I have just taken my ginger cake out of the bread maker. It smells delicious even if I do say so, but it is very hot. . Cant wait for It to cool down.

Mmmmmm can almost smell that here. Just made pancakes and welshcakes to take round to my friends place tonight. Love the kitchen smells afterwards.

Only for a very short run...about 5 miles the cold and wind is not good angina wise. Take it easy now for the rest of the day
