I eat left handed, but am right handed in most other things. I think I got it from my big brother who is 3 years older than me and a southpaw - I possibly copied him when learning to use a knife and fork.

My son is not happy with me at the moment, because I have taught my grandsons how to tie theyr'e shoelaces left handed. He told me off

He should be thanking you. It's useful to use both hands for various tasks.

I can also play darts left handed - useful for evening the match when playing Mrs Blue.

I eat with right, drink with left, write with right, draw with left. Widely varies what I do, and with what hand. I drive mostly with the left.

I can cut meat using a knife in my right or left hand. And I hold my eating knife in my right hand and fork in my left.
