My 3rd cup of tea has been drunk now and I am off to stick the kettle back on ready for guitar practice.
Weigh-day went well, even post cuppa. 4lbs off. I have no idea how that happened as I have not been on my bike for a week, due to one reason or another. Tomorrow for sure though - cycling I mean.
