Should try the Quorn, it's ok, hardly ever eat meat and when I do it tends to be chicken. Apart from a steak on sunday. That was the first time I had eaten red meat since October. Mainly eat just Quorn nowadays.
I can't eat Quorn as it's too high in fat for my enforced medical diet.
I haven't eaten red meat (except for a bit of butchers steak sausage, which seems to be the only red meat my system can tolerate in small doses) for 14 months now.
Can't have dairy either and confined to skimmed milk. It's a bummer

Only ever do skimmed milk and have done so for years. On the odd occasion I have been forced to do semi I can't believe how creamy it is.
I use soya for porridge and on the odd occasion I have cereals. Can you use that?
