Not nice. I was once going downhill at about 40mph on my bike when an oncomming car hit a pheasant and it was left flapping around on my side of the road. I saw that its neck was outstretched so I rode over it in the hope that I put it out of it's misery - was going too fast to check.

I'm back - had to do a trip across the road to the co-op...ran out of milk and picked up pizza for the boys' tea.
