I work 9.5 hour days, during which I sit down for about 20 mins for lunch, yesterday I had a 13 hour day including 6 hours in the classroom. Tomorrow I will be training in 30m of cold cold water. No time for biking at the moment

Penalty of a clear sky was a bitter cold frost this morning. Reminded me to start filling the bird feeders again for the winter. Filled them at 9.30 ish and got visitors already

I fill ours all year round. But I need to go round and do them all, they're pretty much empty.
