Ex is from Ramsgate and used to holiday in Biddenden, loved cycling the country lanes between there and Hastings. Very friendly area and the tea shop in Biddenden is excellent. Oh and at my age I don't think I have one either

I'm not far away from Biddenden ,15 miles or so. It is on route to the lovely Rye,a fantastic ride if the weather is good. Takes me an age ad I keep stopping for photos for "your ride today".

Last day tomorrow then 3 days off and at least 2 on my if the weather holds.

In my short time here, this thread does seen to be an small island in a sea , strike that, ocean of self-righteous indignation(!)

All that's needed to cross swords in this arena is a very thick skin and a little humility I have found in my short stay here. Watch out for the Welsh Dragon though....she has claws. Or so she claims
