Not keen on the diet you boys are on, you are being nice

I'm not convinced about it myself lu, giving it a go out of desperation more than anything, my willpower has been very poor during the 2nd half of this year.
I can see the theory behind it but am worried about passing out on fast days due to lack of food, especially if I'm commuting on those days.
See how it goes for 4 weeks
