Friday I think, definitely not at the weekend

Just working out how many jaffanips I could have on a fast day

I will most probably do mon and Thursday myself, had no supplies this week until monday afternoon.
After a heavy weekend it would be good to have a quiet Monday

Sounds like too much hard work for me, just one meal. I will have to have 2.

I think you are all very good starting before Xmas. If I did I know I'm setting myself up to fail, too many Xmas lunches etc to get through at work.

@potsy is my guinea pig that I will monitor and if he can do it then I will too after Xmas.

Fek**** train rebooted and working fine but because it is now so late it's going to be terminated at the next station.

I have based the Rocky diet on that

I have based the Rocky diet on that

I am going to try to reduce the carbs and up the protein , see what that does.
Bit of a warm up to the new year fasts.
