I knew you weren't taking the wiggo diet seriously, I've put twice that amount on in 4 monthsI've put on about 7 lbs over the last 6 months.
Just use the 'upload a file' box at the bottom of the reply section and find the pic you've taken on the pc. As long as it isn't too big, uploading should be a doddleTaking a pic is one thing. Working out how to upload it to here from Windows 8 is quite another.
Wow Rocky, 12 stone 7. That would be very impressive, I'm not sure I could manage to bulk up to that weightI'm 13 stone 7 at the moment. So by 31 January I'll need to be 12 stone 7. I think it's do-able with a bit of discipline.
By the way, the reason I am sharing this is that I need to make a public commitment or else I'll pretend that I wasn't ever going to do it.
By by the way, the Wiggo diet didn't help my TT speed. Not that I've done a time trial for 25 years

I was once up to an impressive 16st, have settled back to my current fighting weight of 14st xxlbs
Been there, squeezed into the trousers ...I refuse to buy bigger trousers so have to lose weight or it's kilts for me...
Don't you start, 3 people at work have just started it and are trying to get me to do it too.You two are shaming me......I'll have to have a go myself.
That's where I'm going wrongI don't do diets. They don't work. Only times I've ever lost weight, I've made changes to my eating habits allowing for all things in moderation. Hills are definitely easier when you've shed the pounds from yourself instead of spending them on lighter equipment
After having a needle in my eye 3 times to get it anaesthetised last week for my op, I will take a dentist needle over that anyday!!I know how you feel. Didn't want to talk about it at the time but I had to go last Thursday. First time seeing my new dentist and he says "ooh, you need a filling in this one, shall I do it for you now".
