Actually that thought has crossed my mind. He suffers at school with poor concentration and his teacher last year suggested that he may be dyslexic. This years teacher has poo pooed that and says he is just lazy. As his parents pay £15,000 a year for his education, yes i had a stiff drink after that disclosure too, i suggested that she get both teachers together with her and his dad for a chat and work out a way forward for the boy. He is a bright boy and picks things up quickly, put it this way he has worked out that you can do what you want if you are prepared to take the punishment.

@Hill Wimp i would say there is definitely something else going on. He doesn't appear to have any concept of consequences. It would be well worth getting a second opinion.
