Apparently it's someone who writes distracting posts on forum threads which are unrelated to the subject being discussed...

Crikey we have a thread of trolls called CAD then. Half of the posts on there are unrelated to the actual subject/ question posed and, the bit I find absolutely hilarious, prove that the poster actually believes what is written in the newspaper
