I know the feeling - it's the same for my mum but in April. She gets really down on a Monday (the day he died), on the anniversary of his death and then 8 days later on his birthday.

It is my birthday on the 24th and he died on the 28th.

I will be going to see my Mother tomorrow. It is going to be a very difficult day. I am hoping one of my brothers might go and see her next weekend, but that seems unlikely.

I am waiting for John Lewis to deliver some lampshades and have no idea when they will be coming I feel like a prisoner in my own house. I want to have a shower but I'm scared that the lorry will pull up when I'm in the all together......no driver should be subjected to that view - it would be a breach of health and safety regulations
