Well, the leather is done, I think. Not sure what it ought to be like. Spread it a bit thin I think, it's a bit.. thin. And not really leathery, more fragile than that, maybe because it's too thin..

I'll pack it in a tupperware for NT to try at the weekend.
I made a couple of sorts last year. Wasn't worth the palaver unfortunately.

@Arch Fruit leather is a bit so so to gauge, I did have dehydrator which was great for fruit leather and also cos it had a tray thing so you knew how far to fill it up to make the rolly uppy fruit leather that is less fragile but it did break and I never replaced it I have been thinking about it though but there seems so much choice and price range I got given my old one second hand from a friend so never bought one before.

Have you tried doing any fruit cheeses?
