If anyone is watching the Triathalon on TV at the mo can anyone tell me why was one of the Brownlees dropping back to encourage others on. I though it was an individual race.

PS They breed very good triathathletes up North, those boys are damn good.

My nearest co-op has been closed for refurbishment this week. Next week it opens again. They've leafleted the local villages with a voucher for free cake when I go in there next!!! Yes that's right FREE CAKE !!!!!
