:hello: Evening all. Quite a lot of cycling today. Bit tired, but I have some fresh Swiss Chard from the allotment growers at work, and I've promised to do something spectacular with it for tomorrows pm tea break. * Googling recipes *. :thumbsup:

I've tried it raw......not recommended. xx(


I used it in stirfries. The larger part of the stalk can be chopped up like celery, and the leaves can be shredded and added at the last minute to just cook through.
