I used it in stirfries. The larger part of the stalk can be chopped up like celery, and the leaves can be shredded and added at the last minute to just cook through.

Another one I like is Attention All Shipping by Charlie Connolly. In which he visits all the areas of the Shipping Forecast. Funny, and interesting.
