Well, I was, but it's the same meal for three evenings!

To be honest, it was a bit too dry, I always forget that the cheese sauce solidifies. I'll add extra milk when I reheat it.

Couldn't get myself motivated to go out on the bike this afternoon so took the dog for a long walk up along the footpath to the Common then back through the woods. My legs can testify that bramble season is Go! Go! Go! ... I nommed several en route as well

Quite a lot of veg, making up a bit for the weekend, since NT and I did have motorway fast food for dinner two nights running!

Yesterday it was Burgerking but the night before it was a KFC.
It was the first time Arch has had a KFC, and my first since eating a 10 piece bargain bucket with the four packs of fries, coleslaw, beans, Vienetta, and 1.5l of cola back in 1999 (unless I've had some since and forgot).

I wasn't impressed with the KFC.

I did prefer the BK. But I was so tired and grubby, I just needed fat and salt!
