Inspired by your burgers this week I too have done posh burgers for tea today. Only of course, me being a cheffy ponce I had to be clever and did Bahn Mi, pork balls in a baguette with pickled carrot, mint and a chilli-garlic mayo. Rather nice it was too

Well, it's nearly done. No point in doing another mix of grout, because the tiles I put up today have to set until tomorrow before grouting. So there's just a little bit left to do. And NT's done all the really fiddly plasterboard.
