Talking of proper cycling food...Mrs R has just found a large bar of chilli and lime milk chocolate (she got it in Waitrose). Very nice too

I suspect it is the sort of thing that TVC and Lu would like (probably everyone else as well )

Leicester, not back in London until next Tuesday, starting to get our coil winders in London organised to move to Leicester, so my trips down the M1 will come to a halt in the next six months.
