Tea? (Part 2)

Tonight we had: chicken satay, indonesian beef, prawns with chilli and coriander, pork and lemongrass kebabs with green papaya salad, sticky rice and peanut sauce.

Dessert didn't work quite as I had hoped. Yoo Moo tropical frozen yogurt, I took it out of the freezer for a short while to make it workable but it quickly turned to liquid so I added crushed meringues, shop brought raspberries and mixed together. On the top are our home grown strawberries and raspberries

Back in about a week. We will have a "pre-operation celebration" dinner once he gets back, and I finally get some time off work.
His op is on the 4th of August.

Lovely ride this evening was going for 60 miles to get me over 200 miles for the week for the second week running until TWANG and 2 spokes broke to go with the 1 that went TWANG as I was climbing Harewood Bank a couple of hours earlier so only made it to 51 miles.

Still on the bright side I am only 106 miles off the best mileage I have ever done in a month with plenty of month left and some new wheels on order.
