NT and I are just back from a fun night out at the 'races'. Toy horses, moved on a course like a giant board game. I was a winning 'jockey' in one race, and NT won the prize for best costume, AND managed to back a winner and come away with more money than he started with. Good fun, and we had pie and peas, and plenty of cake.

You've been riding a toy horse? And what was NT's costume? I've just been watching a programme about disco and have a strange image of him dressed as a '70s New York pimp. Sorry, it must be the wine.

Not a 70s New York pump no. More like a matador crossed with a clown, with a hint of amish in the hat.

Sorry if that's sideways, I'm posting on the phone.

Borning, I hab a code in by doze.

And a lip like a purple space hopper. Not pleased, we were planning to make the best of tomorrows weather and bother the moors of the Peak District

I thought he was talking about Wimbledon, it started ages ago

Back from a 5 mile ride, testing yesterday's fettling, thankfully all is well and I have a fully functioning Secteur again with a new style H2 bottom bracket to go with the new crankset

Celebratory full English and pint of tea coming up :hungry:
