Here it is as requested the maiden flight, please excuse the skids I have to bodge some others on as I broke them when it crashed yesterday, and also it has the training gear on as it is not very stable at the moment but I will fix that later.

How did you fix the rear rotor sync?

The gyro was stuck in Rate mode instead of Head Holding mode, as you can see from the picture the tail is now solid as the nose is holding its heading now.

The rest is still a bit wobbly and I think it may have bent the main shaft and possibly the feathering shaft in the crash yesterday, I also need new skids but that is all fixable I am just glad I have finally figured out how to dial in that tail.

I also took the tail mech completly apart and polished the slider and filed down some of the shim holders so the tail mech is much smoother now.

Just been out for another couple of flys it is very very smooth and even though I am only hovering low it holds its position lovely even in the rotor wash

TVC when I sell a Windows 8 PC/laptop the program I put on it is this here -> CLICK ME it is Start Menu 9 and it puts back all the start button and program menus have a look it makes windows 8 much easier to use, and you can set it ip to bypass the silly Metro interface and go straight to the desktop.

If you do install it on the install there is a tickbox that says install Advanced System Care untick it coz its a load of pants
