Don't know about the chocs, but I have just found a massive Thermos flask that my sister bought for me when I was in hospital so I will be carrying a litre of either tea or coffee with me! (I don't intend to drink all of it myself.)

I'm not sure what my sister was thinking I would use the flask for at the time, given that I was bed-ridden and incapable of even walking to the kitchen to fill the flask, let alone walking anywhere with it. Still, it's the thought that counts!

My actual camera is now redundant since my phone is smaller and takes pictures that are at least as good, if not better!

I watched a documentary the other night about how Google 'scanned' books. In fact, they found it much quicker to photograph the pages.

After watching that, I was thinking that I might 'do a Night Train' and cobble something together from bits and pieces (including my camera) to make a 'scanning station'. I have an old scanner but it is slow and clunky.

I definitely want to veto baggy-eyed and balding shots! I look pretty haggard with the strains of this illness, and my hair loss and greying has been accelerated. I'll sport my CC buff on my head, and wear a pair of shades for all photos including me, ta very much! (At least the old aero belly should no longer be a problem.)

I have just given my cousin a ticking off, ok this fiasco with Oscar Pistorious is all over the news but he posted something on facebook which I thought to be inappropriate. I don't think losing a loved one is something that other people should laught at
