Yep, plenty of tits like yourself will no doubt make them feel as if they have made the right decision in charging for it
How can he be a tit for deciding what he wants to spend his money on? is it because he does not conform to your boring tight fisted ways.

If people are willing to pay, then it's not overpriced. No need for name calling either. Better this way, than the overspend hits the taxpayer to pick up.

Stage 2 start from York Racecourse is an all ticket affair the 20,000 tickets were snapped up in 4.5hrs.

Maybe you want to ask him:

Its sad really, I registered interest months ago and thought it would be bottom end £15-30 tickets not £45 min + card fees, so £50 for a backrow seat is not worth it to look at some tiny people on a stage or watch them on a screen.
tbh we where going to book into a camp site (in loose terms) more like a farmers field with some frills for £100 but sacked it off, I shall ride to the nearest point and watch them fly past at 35mph and go home and watch it on TV as there will be no chance of getting close to the finish line in posh Harrogate as they will no doubt charge to access the finish line as well.

He might want to say that he changed my mind, bought a ticket and is looking forward to it :becool:

I find it funny that someone is offended in some odd way because I bought a ticket.

I think it funnier that you think I am offended, I just think you are being taken for a tit. <I am sure your motives are well intention and based on wanting to enjoy the experience; but having initially complained about it you have shown that you are the exact target audience the organisers are fleecing>

(I am not saying you are a tit, my initial reply was tongue-in-cheek hence the smiley, but since it has moved towards others seeing it as being serious I'll go with the flow and take it down that route of discussion)

I think somebody would be more of a tit if they wanted to see something, but were put off by having to to pay for it. That is of course if they had the disposable income available to pay for it.
