A friend's son supposedly had Swine Flu and she said he wasn't that ill - and wondered if he had been misdiagnosed. Either a lot of people have been misdiagnosed or it definitely doesn't seem to affect some people as bad as they originally predicted.

Either way - hope you are soon on the mend.

Big changes, are my headache has got a lot worse, and I'm getting more aches and pains.
There's your answer, I think, Riverman. If I were you I wouldn't be out on the bike at all until you feel a whole lot better, and I don't think you should be pushing it until you have felt almost back to normal for a couple of days.

A week or ten days off isn't going to do you any harm. If you get bored, you could always try something gentler like a walk.

Swine Flu, and cycling while you have it !!!
I don't think so.........I've had swine flu and i struggled to get out of bed for a p1ss, let alone cycle.
In bed for 5 days and not even wanting to get out.
Eyes were aching, muscles were aching and every joint on my body was aching. Inbetween being sick and having the sh1ts.

Looks like I have it. :-(

Still trying to cycle a little bit,
although obviously avoid people.

.

Why? Are you a professional cyclist who won't get paid if you don't cycle?
