Swapping wheels and disc rotors between bikes

I knew this would happen. The rotors on the new wheels don't line up with the calipers properly! Does this mean I'm gonna have to fart about adjusting the calipers every time I wanna swap the wheels over? Why can't stuff just work properly?! :banghead:

I'm expecting to find the shifting all to cock, too, once my cassette arrives because that probably won't line up either! :rolleyes:

Yes to adjusting calipers. Probably no for gears.

It's not consolation, but it is seamless with mine. Maybe 6 bolt fittings are more standard?

If it's any consolation Both the disc and the cassette on my spare wheel are out of alignment and they're identical hubs!:wacko:
It's between 0.5-1mm off and takes around 3 minutes to adjust both the indexing and the caliper.

I will not be doing that. I will be engineering any alignment issues out of the equation.
