Sorry everyone Ive spent the whole of last night and today with gastroenteritis, it took me 5 mins to get down the stairs to get my laptop.

I'm really sorry I'm bitterly disappointed I might set myself the target of joining you all next week, as I really don't think ill be back on the bike until at least Wednesday at this rate.
