can someone give me a push, i've been up for 5 hours but cant be bothered to get out

You both missed a cracking ride to Yalding in Kent. Myself, Clive, Andy and Ross. Everyone was back home for pumpkin hour too.
Found a very nice cafe that served decent tea in a mug (refills half price), cracking bacon sarnies and what looked like some awesome huge portions of lemon meringue cake. (for next time)

well! I went out and did Sigs loop and on the way back the fork snapped (ala george hincapie)


i'd stopped at some lights and pulled off on the green and the handle bars snapped up in the air

little bruise on me leg

thing is, these forks were on another frame which had 2 big crashes 3 years ago (which broke my shoulder twice in 4 months)
and i used those forks coz i'm lazy like that

i've still got the original unused fork that came with the litespeed so that'll be going on this week

Morning Dave - pleased to read that it wasn't a face plant episode, although a bruised leg tells me it can only be hours before you order a new pair of Assos leggings, as the ones you were wearing might have got a little grubby or scuffed...
