It's been a while since we did a ride like that, and it was fabulous as always

A foggy East London park

It was a chilly day, tights, gloves, jackets.......and shorts

The sun trying and failing to burn off the West London fog

Good thank you, although only two days this week (and two punctures). Still 36 miles a day.

I did a very hilly 50 on Sunday at an ave just shy of 15mph and have been paying for it each day on the commute. Started to really enjoy the ride home now

Yes he was - he told me that there was some crazy moton carreering up the road towards him with St Vitus' onset symptoms, so he kept calm and carried on...

I'm now doubtful already. I have a nasty feeling my rear hub is about to fail on me. Something keeps slipping, at first I thought it was the chain but now I'm starting to think it's the freewheel.
