Quick shine after each ride and a proper scrub usually 2x a week.

Chains etc are kept clean and lubed daily, brake discs and pads cleaned 1x a month, just because..

Yes, with hot soapy water in winter especially when the roads are salted.

Not always in summer.

@Hill Wimp I think I remember commented on how sparkly clean my bike looked on last saturday's ride.
It was a dry ride all day yet when I got home it still got a wipe down and quick going over before being locked up in the shed.

No I'm lazy.... And it will only get mucky the following day... But maybe every weekend or two... It gets a quick clean!

Drivetrain gets a clean and lube after every ride to keep the shifting smooth. Bike gets wiped down from road grime once a week (more in winter). Occasional application of GT85 on the pivot points to prevent brakes etc. seizing up.

Far easier to do 5 mins of maintenance a couple of times a week than fix the problems that occur when gunk builds up and stuff goes rusty.

About Once a month it gets cleaned. Stuf don't get rusty as it gets used. I like really wet weather as it washes lots of crud off then I can lube the chain
