You broke the contract you accepted when you parked there, this is the penalty for that. You don't really have any recourse, you broke the rules and now you need to accept the consequences of that.

How can it be 'trespassing' when people are allowed to go on there.You were trespassing on someone else's property and you've admitted that you knew you were doing it. Maybe drop the offensive terminology?
Because it's private property, they let you on for the purpose of shopping, if you don't shop or break the agreement for parking then you are no longer welcome so trespassing.How can it be 'trespassing' when people are allowed to go on there.
