I like planet x fit mitts. Good quality and cheap enough to pass on if you don't get on with them.
Seconded!Gore Xenon 2 for me
On the other hand (sorry), I only tried Giro gloves because of a recommendation...Gloves are like shoes - you have to try them on. Recommendations are meaningless unfortunately.
Total rubbish, A mate reccomended specialized gloves, I wear them all the time. Recomdation is the best advise you can get. Especialy when it's from some one you know and trust.Gloves are like shoes - you have to try them on. Recommendations are meaningless unfortunately.

That would actually be a fair recommendation in fairness, until you stipulated the size.Let me recommend some shoes to you in that case. Innov8 Trailroc, size 42. You definitely won't be disappointed..

The OP didn't ask to recommend him a size!
Which is my point too. He has asked for a recommendation. He doesn't say he won't try them on in the shop?He won't know what size to buy unless he tries them on. Which kind of brings me back to my original point.

+1 but they do get whiffy if you have sweaty hands! Mine last about 3-6 months, cost £20+ a time
@benbOf course I wash them! But after a couple of rides, they are the same. I've tried soaking in bicarb too before washing. They shrink a bit while washing and get uncomfortable. They are however the best type for protecting my damaged hand though, just have to buy new ones regularly
