Moss and Kins may arrange to meet us on the ride and do part of it.

Im not taking anymore bookings for the lodge people have had months to get their names down and pay up, book is now closed there are no free places .

Its a great shame that Lukes dad has had a family crisis preventing him comeing .Im sure he is gutted but has more important things on his mind at the moment.
I have organized a number of cycle chat rides locally and Lukes Dad has turned out to every single one sometimes he and I were the only riders.Often he would cycle from home doubling the days distance.Top Man in my estimation.

It's amazing (imo); he'll do a 50 mile 'social' ride, and then cycle another 40/50 home. I'll never forget the Hereford ride; the actual ride was only a 1/3 of his total for the day !

The cycling he does in a week, is more than I do in a year.

I'll second that ! He always has time to chat to the slower nobbers . . . . . . . such as me

On or off a bike, a great fella to spend time with - especially in a pub.

Oh yes, he's a bl**dy fine cyclist too !

Well been out for an hour today and the weather is bloody beautiful. Bit nippy but very sunny and hardly a wind. Lets hope its the same next week.
