I'm very disappointed. There was no complimentary glass of Champagne, no cucumber sandwiches, the hand drier didn't work in the toilet and someone reversed into Lada Samara in the carpark.

In all seriousness, if the questionnaire is about an individual, and you rate it badly because you didn't like their answer, even though it was the company's decision, they get marked down in their monthly appraisal.

One star. When I read this item, a number of letters and words were missing and the syntax was faulty. The sender claimed it had been damaged in posting and that I should take it up with Cyclechathermes.
