Why is it that almost every spring these days, max temperatures in Hampshire (maybe other UK counties too) suddenly shoot up from ~13C max to ~22C+, with very few days in the middle around 17C?
Why is it that almost every spring these days, max temperatures in Hampshire (maybe other UK counties too) suddenly shoot up from ~13C max to ~22C+, with very few days in the middle around 17C?
Because at this time of year, the difference in temperature between an average cloudy day and an average sunny day is about that much. Most days lately seem to be either sunny all day or cloudy all day, with relatively few mixed, when the temperature would be in between.
