Londoncentric, possibly, but how do i delete a contactless card on the new 'TFL Go' app?

I've added a new one but can't remove the unwanted one.

Why do suits come with the pockets sewn up so you have to spend 5 minutes unpicking them before you can wear the damn thing?

I've always thought they were just for show and didn't really have a proper lining? But then again I've only ever bought £99 suits; never had an expensive one. It wouldn't surprise me if they were actually functional pockets but sewing them up is an attempt to deter the wearer from keeping hammers and tape measures in them, thus ripping the lining and then complaining that the suit doesn't last

It's just to keep them in shape before the suit is used.

Gentlemen dont't carry things in suit pockets.
Otherwise we'd fill them with all sorts, like Electric Andy said , hammers , spanners, and other essential men things.
If it's a sports jacket, different thing then.
I tend to wear a boiler suit in cold weather plenty of pockets ,fill them up with all manners of things

When I had to wear a suit for work ("Ladies had no dress code - men had to wear a "Lounge Suit"!!!) then I only kept a few things in the jacket pockets
The inside pockets generally had things like cheque book and all sort fo other paper thing in it

it spent most of the day on the back of my chair and lasted for ages - which si why I would only buy a suit if I could get 2 paris of trousers with it
my suit jackets were a popular think at the Jumble Sales my Mum ran every few years - I generally got through the trousers ina year or less
by which time the jacket was still looking almost new!!
