Unscrupulous resellers took advantage of the shortage of supply, and chanced their arm on eBay. I'd be amazed if anyone actually bought a bottle for £3,000...

Talking to a bloke from Poland earlier, who works in the local Tesco I picked up a packet of prawns for my now making it chicken prawn and veg Korma. He asked what they were like. "Haven't you had prawns before" I replied. "No, never" he said. Surely everyone has had prawns at some point in their life. Why hasn't he had prawns before? 🤔

Poles eat carp for their Christmas Dinner. I don't think it's eaten at all in the UK.

Ah, thanks, I was just a bit bemused by it all and even now, I see people trying to sell it for daft prices!
