It’s great isn’t it? If you were in yesterday, you can order today knowing you’ll be in when it comes.

I've just had some crutches delivered... Think i might cancel my planned bike ride

Talking to a bloke from Poland earlier, who works in the local Tesco I picked up a packet of prawns for my now making it chicken prawn and veg Korma. He asked what they were like. "Haven't you had prawns before" I replied. "No, never" he said. Surely everyone has had prawns at some point in their life. Why hasn't he had prawns before? 🤔

It's probably a simple case of Geography. Prawns are found all around the seas around the UK. Prawns aren't really found in Baltic sea off the coast of Poland and they spoil quite quickly. Although we freeze them today for transport, i suppose that's still a rather recent thing.

@Accy cyclist I've never tried seafood of any kind and accidentally had a mouthful of meat once which got spat out.

on the flip side if you order a couple of things a month which is easy to do you have covered postage costs and get a load of stuff to watch , works for me as a lot of stuff they have is good.

Works for some but I do not buy much from them. My DIL has prime and will get anything sent direct to me anyway if there is anything I particularly need.
