My link - plain ones available too! Sure they had similar in the Condor shop last time I was there too, do seem to be a 'fixed' thing. If you are not worried about looks large diameter foam pipe insulation is the thing.

I've been using this tape on my bikes for a couple of years. Similar to helicopter tape, but much cheaper.
